Renewing your Hydrawise Home or Contractor plan to a higher level may be required as you obtain the advanced features. Choose the plan that works best for the needs of your business or personal residence.
IMPORTANT: When you upgrade your Hydrawise plan, the price is prorated using the remaining credit from your current plan. Instead of adding time to the new plan, we apply that remaining value as a one‑time credit at purchase.
In our payment system, you will see this credit applied during checkout. Your upgraded plan will then be valid for 12 months, with the credit applied upfront.
Renew or Upgrade
- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Click the Menu icon (
) in the upper-left corner of the app. - Click Account Details
- Scroll down to Plan Details, then click the () icon.
- You will now be prompted to select an upgrade. Choose Home Plans or Contractor Plans.
- Select the desired plan and click Renew or Upgrade.
- Select one of three Payment options: Apple Pay, PayPal, or Pay by Card.
- Complete all the information to finalize your transaction.
