The hub includes two module slots. Communication modules are ordered separately. One slot is used for the cloud connection to Centralus™ Software or another control system.
Only one cloud connection module may be installed, in either slot. Options include:

The other slot is for field communication via LoRa® radio. Only one field communication module may be installed. Options include:
- A2C-LORA for North America and other 915 MHz markets
- A2C-LORA-E for international markets at 433 MHz
IMPORTANT: The modules may be installed in either slot, provided only one cloud connection module and one field communication module are used.
- Insert the Module into either slot until it clicks into place. The LED below the slot will blink green when the module is installed correctly.
- Insert the cloud communication module into the remaining slot until it clicks into place. The LED below the slot will blink green when the module is installed correctly.
- An external antenna mount is recommended for best performance (P/N ANT-EXT-KIT).

| Blinking Green | The LED below the slot will blink green when the module is inserted. |
| Solid Green | It will turn solid green once connected to the internet or network. |
The A2C-LTEM Module includes a SIM card from Hunter for use with Zipit Wireless and a SIM card tool. Customers may use a locally purchased SIM card. Replace the SIM card before installing the module. Record the cellular provider’s access point name (APN), which is
required for setup.
- Cell and Wi-Fi modules may require an additional external antenna extension kit for optimal performance, depending on installation location. If so, use a separate ANT-EXT-KIT for Wi-Fi or cellular antennas. Separate cloud and LoRa antennas by approximately 6' (2 m).
- Route external antenna and network cables through the conduit openings in the hub. Use the supplied cable ties to secure cables inside the hub above the modules.
