A factory reset clears all programming from the BOC so you can reprogram it.
- Open the BOC power compartment.
- Unplug the power plug.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Press and hold the Reset button.
- Reconnect the power plug, and wait for the LED to turn red.
- Release the button.
• If the reset is successful, the light will flash green.
• If the light does not flash green, repeat these steps.
After a reset, the BOC defaults to channel 1. In Centralus, select Add Device to rediscover the BOC, then set it to the installed channel.
