Rain-sensing devices work by accumulating a set amount of rainfall before a switch is activated, interrupting the controller circuit and shutting off the UCH system.
IMPORTANT: Only use wired Hunter Rain-Clik or Mini-Clik Sensors with the UCH. The UCH is not compatible with wireless rain sensors or Solar Sync® Sensors.
Connecting a Rain Sensor
- Route the sensor wires through the conduit into the UCH wiring area and connect them to the SEN terminals.
- The SEN terminals are inactive until enabled in the Centralus application after the UCH is set up.
- Complete setup in the Central software.
