Hunter Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty
Landscape Irrigation Products
Hunter Industries Incorporated (“Hunter”) warrants eligible Hunter landscape irrigation products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in landscape irrigation applications for the warranty periods listed below, beginning from the original date of manufacture.
This Limited Warranty applies only to eligible Hunter products purchased through Hunter’s Authorized Professional Distribution Network and installed, used, and maintained as intended in a properly designed landscape irrigation system.
For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “Hunter’s Authorized Professional Distribution Network” means Hunter Authorized Distributors and authorized professional irrigation dealers selling through Hunter’s professional irrigation distribution channel.

Professional Design and Installation
Hunter landscape irrigation products are designed to be selected, designed, installed, and maintained by or under the guidance of qualified irrigation professionals who understand irrigation system design, hydraulics, product application, local site conditions, and proper installation techniques.
This Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty is intended for eligible products purchased through Hunter’s professional irrigation distribution channel and installed as part of a properly designed and maintained irrigation system.
Installers, contractors, dealers, or other irrigation professionals may provide their own workmanship warranties, service commitments, or installation guarantees to their customers. Any such warranty, commitment, or guarantee is separate from this Hunter Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty and is not administered by Hunter.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to products purchased through retail stores, home centers, mass merchants, online marketplaces, third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites, liquidation or closeout sellers, unauthorized resellers, or direct-to-consumer eCommerce websites. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases through Amazon, third-party marketplace sellers, and Hunter-operated eCommerce websites.
Products purchased through retail, marketplace, or eCommerce channels are not eligible for processing under this Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty or through Hunter Authorized Distributors. Purchasers who buy through these channels should follow the return, refund, replacement, or customer-service process provided by the original place of purchase.
Hunter may require proof of purchase from a Hunter Authorized Distributor or authorized professional irrigation dealer, seller information, installation details, product model, product date code, photographs, returned product, and other documentation necessary to verify warranty eligibility.
Failure to verify purchase through Hunter’s Authorized Professional Distribution Network may result in denial of warranty coverage.

** While the use of copper does not completely remove the chance of root intrusion, it has been shown to assist in its prevention when coupled with proper irrigation scheduling.
Hunter Golf and ST System Irrigation Component Warranty Products*
Hunter will repair, replace, or repurchase, at its sole discretion, defective component assemblies contained within the Golf and ST products listed below, returned freight prepaid, from the date of manufacture within the following periods:
Golf Controllers
One Year: Pilot® Command Center Software, Pilot-FC, Pilot-FI, Pilot-IHS
Golf Rotors
Three Years: TTS-800 Series, G-800 Series, G-900 Series, B-Series, RT-Series
Five Years: The golf rotor component warranty is extended to five years with a one-for-one purchase of an HSJ Swing Joint from an authorized Hunter Golf distributor.
Golf Integrated Two-Way Modules
Three Years: Pilot 100, Pilot 200, Pilot 400, Pilot 600
Swing Joints
Five Years: HSJ-0, HSJ-1, HSJ-2, HSJ-3
ST Rotors
Five Years: ST-90, STG-900, ST-1200, ST-1600, ST-1700
ST Accessories
Five Years: All model numbers starting with “ST”
Computer, Printers and Accessories, Maintenance Radio and Battery
Equipment manufacturer’s warranty only. No Hunter warranty applies.
* Warranty covers repair, replacement, or repurchase of individual defective component assemblies contained within the product. Returns of complete finished goods are not allowed under warranty without prior approval from the Hunter Product Manager.
Agricultural Applications
If used for agricultural applications, Hunter limits the warranty for its spray, rotator, and rotor products to one year from the original date of manufacture. This agricultural limitation supersedes all other warranties expressed or implied.
Warranty Remedy and Exclusions
If a defect in a Hunter product is discovered during the applicable warranty period, Hunter will repair or replace, at its option, the product or the defective part.
This warranty does not extend to repairs, adjustments, or replacement of a Hunter product or part that results from misuse, negligence, alteration, modification, tampering, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper winterization practices, improper application, improper system design, improper hydraulic design, incorrect product selection, normal wear, product selection errors, buyer’s remorse, seller return-policy decisions, marketplace return-policy decisions, eCommerce return-policy decisions, or any issue not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
This warranty covers parts only. Hunter does not cover labor, field service charges, travel time, equipment rental, diagnostic fees, or costs associated with removal and reinstallation of defective parts, regardless of whether such work is performed by the original installer, a Hunter Authorized Distributor, or a third party.
This Limited Warranty also does not cover damage or failure caused by improper operation, abuse, improper electrical current, improper grounding, service by anyone other than Hunter authorized agents, operating conditions other than those for which the product was designed, water containing corrosive chemicals, electrolytes, sand, dirt, silt, rust, or agents that attack or degrade plastics, lightning strikes, electrical power surges, or unconditioned power supplies.
This warranty extends only to the original installer of an eligible Hunter product purchased through Hunter’s Authorized Professional Distribution Network.
If a defect arises in a Hunter product during the warranty period, contact your local Hunter Authorized Distributor. Hunter may require proof of purchase from a Hunter Authorized Distributor or authorized professional irrigation dealer, seller information, installation details, product model, product date code, photographs, returned product, and other documentation necessary to verify warranty eligibility.
Products purchased through retail, marketplace, or eCommerce channels are not eligible for processing under this Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty or through Hunter Authorized Distributors. Purchasers who buy through these channels should follow the return, refund, replacement, or customer-service process provided by the original place of purchase.
If products are repurchased, the price to Distributor for such products in effect at the time of return will apply.
Retail, Marketplace, and eCommerce Purchases
Hunter sells certain products through retail, marketplace, and eCommerce channels. These channels are separate from Hunter’s Authorized Professional Distribution Network.
Products purchased through retail stores, home centers, mass merchants, online marketplaces, third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites, liquidation or closeout sellers, unauthorized resellers, or direct-to-consumer eCommerce websites are governed by the return, refund, replacement, and customer-service policy of the original place of purchase.
These purchases are not eligible for processing through Hunter’s Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty or through Hunter Authorized Distributors unless Hunter expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific product, seller, or program.
Customers who purchase through retail, marketplace, or eCommerce channels should contact the original place of purchase for return, refund, replacement, or customer-service options.
Exclusive Remedy and Limitation of Liability
Hunter’s obligation to repair, replace, or repurchase eligible products or product components as set forth above is the sole and exclusive remedy under this Authorized Professional Distribution Limited Warranty.
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, except where such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.
Hunter will not be liable to a distributor or to any other party in strict liability, tort, contract, warranty, or any other manner for damages caused or claimed to be caused as a result of any design of or defect in Hunter’s products, or for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any nature, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
Where applicable, Hunter’s statement of warranty complies with local directives.

ASAE Certification Statement
Hunter Industries Incorporated certifies that pressure, flow rate, and radius data for these products were determined and listed in accordance with ASAE Standard S398.1, Procedure for Sprinkler Testing and Performance Reporting, and are representative of production sprinkler performance at the time of publication.
Actual product performance may differ from published specifications due to normal manufacturing variations and sample selection.
All other specifications are solely the recommendation of Hunter Industries Incorporated.
